We offer multiple shipping options based on product type, destination, and service availability.

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 Working Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on:

  • Product weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

Express shipping charges are generally higher than standard shipping charges.

Final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.


3. Packaging

We take proper care in packing all orders securely to minimize damage during transit.

Products may be packed using:

  • Corrugated boxes
  • Insulated or moisture-protected packaging where required

Live plants, aquarium accessories, fragile items, and glass products are packed carefully based on shipping requirements.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen situations, processing times may increase.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

6. Live Plants & Fragile Items

  • Live plants and fragile products require careful handling during transit.
  • Minor variations or transit stress in live plants may occur naturally.
  • Certain fragile items such as glass tanks, terrariums, or customized products may be restricted to local delivery or store pickup only.

7. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information and contact details.
  • Customers are requested to be available during delivery attempts.
  • Sri Maha Aquarium is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact numbers.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If any package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Share clear unboxing videos from of the package and products
  • Contact us immediately
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Claims reported after the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for review.


9. Non-Serviceable Areas

Certain locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners for specific products.

In such cases:

  • The order may be delayed
  • Alternative shipping options may be suggested
  • Order cancellation/refund may be offered if delivery is not possible
