My son has KP and is constantly being given one prescription cream or another. I’ve purchased expensive BHAs, AHAs, lotions,gels,serums etc. In ONE use his KP and some olive oil improved his skin texture and reduced his bumps by 90%. On the second use we used pine tar soap and olive oil mixed and you could not see hardly anything left on his skin. By recommendation from his dermatologist we were told to have him shower ever theirs day with tepid to slightly warm water and the oil or soap of out choice then increase to every other day then every day. If the bumps start coming back heavily again cut back down to every third day showers. Now, this is what worked for my son as v also has some excema on his elbows.
